About Michelle Guobadia

Michelle Guobadia has been an outspoken advocate for Greek Life ever since graduating from the University of Delaware. She pursued her Masters in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University and continues to be incredibly involved in Fraternity and Sorority Life nationally. A Fall 2000 initiate of the Chi Theta chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc, and an active and financial member of the Delta Zeta Graduate Chapter, Michelle challenges everyone around her to TRY HARDER and DO BETTER.

Michelle is a an active member of the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors community and in her day job, she is the Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she oversees over 43 fraternities and sororities.

When Michelle is not traveling to speak she enjoys staying active on her Peloton, spending time with her Westiepoo (West Highland white terrier and poodle hybrid)- Pascal, and crossing continents off of her list to visit (just 1 more to go!).
